Lucas Peek is a passionate multi-sport athlete. He runs, boulders, cycles, and swims — often in the same training week — driven by curiosity, progression, and a love for movement.

With a background in neuroscience and data analysis, Lucas naturally approaches training in a structured, evidence-based way. Like many athletes, he relies on training apps to guide his sessions. But when training across multiple sports, he repeatedly ran into the same limitation: each activity was treated in isolation. A hard ride didn't meaningfully influence a run the next day. Fatigue accumulated, but insight didn't.

More importantly, there was no one to talk things through with — no sparring partner or coach to help interpret the data, weigh trade-offs, and answer simple but crucial questions: Should I rest today? Am I pushing too hard this week?

CrossLoad grew out of that gap. It's the data-driven training partner Lucas wished he had — one that understands the full load across sports and helps athletes make smarter, more human decisions about their training.
